SAS Les Gres Domaine Dupuy de Lome

An exceptional terroir around a classified natural site. The vintages are not to be outdone. Benoit Cossé and Geoffroy Pérouse have revived the estate acquired by their ancestor at the beginning of the 20th century on the heights of Sainte Anne d'Evenos. This family estate extends over a magnificent natural cirque of 80 hectares in the heart of the classified Massif des Grès. The vineyard, of 18 hectares, is mainly exposed to the north, leaning on two complementary sites presenting an exceptional geology, the vineyard signs of beautiful vintages of a great finesse, full of aromas and freshness. The cellar, built in 2006 under the control of the Architect of the Buildings of France, combines modern tools and traditional methods. The wines vinified and matured at Domaine Dupuy de Lôme are the result of selective sorting of the manually harvested grapes. Particular care is given to the wine throughout its elaboration so that it naturally expresses its intrinsic quality. Respectful of the terroir, the estate does not use any synthetic pesticide but mechanical weeding and phytosanitary treatments based on natural products. This philosophy was adopted in the 90s. The treatments, not systematic, are reasoned according to the weather conditions. Since 2013, the domain is certified in organic agriculture ECOCERT
